Both. We regularly work under builders on full renovations, and just as often direct with homeowners on bathroom and kitchen updates. Either way, communication and punctuality are what we're known for.

Can you move plumbing to a new layout?

Yes — relocating toilets, showers, sinks and gas points is standard renovation work for us. We'll tell you early if a move is going to be costly, so you can design with real numbers.

Do you do the whole bathroom or just the plumbing?

Our licence covers the plumbing and gas side: rough-in, fit-off, water, waste and gas. We work in with your tiler, waterproofer and electrician — and can recommend trades we trust if you need them.

Should we replace old pipes during a renovation?

If your home still has original galvanised pipework, a renovation is the cheapest time to replace it — the walls are already open. We'll inspect and give you an honest recommendation either way.
